I’d been wanting to visit this place for quite a while, and I finally made it here. To start, I tried the Vitello Tonnato, which was surprisingly good. Then I had the carbonara pasta — while it was made with the classic Italian ingredients, it didn’t really wow me; the sauce felt like it was missing something and the flavor was a bit bland. On the other hand, the bolognese pasta was really good — definitely recommend it! For dessert, I had a tiramisu, which was decent but nothing special, and a brownie with ice cream. Unfortunately, because the ice cream was very cold and the brownie wasn’t warm enough (and a bit crumbly), they didn’t really go together that well. Overall, since the prices are noticeably above average, my expectations weren’t fully met. All in all, I’d give it 4.5 ⭐.

Amazing experience. I forgot how it feels to enjoy every bite of my meal. Let’s not talk about the ambiance that was absolutely amazing. I totally recommend it

We had a very warm welcome at Alle Bollicine, which set the tone for a lovely evening. We started with the arancini because we were curious to try them and I have to say, they were even better than the ones I had in Palermo and Catania. For the main course, I ordered pasta, which unfortunately wasn’t quite to my taste. My wife chose the Tagliata, and I can confidently say it was the best I’ve tried so far in Cluj. A special mention goes to the manager: since I didn’t enjoy my pasta and barely touched it, the dish was removed from the bill without me even asking. I insisted on paying, but they kindly refused. This gesture left me genuinely impressed and happy to see such customer care in Cluj. The red wine recommendation was also perfectly on point. Overall, a memorable dining experience with excellent service and standout dishes. We will definitely return.

Incredible experience. This restaurant is a MUST VISIT when in Cluj. Authentic and charming Italian Restaurant. Incredible food and a great atmosphere. Don Giovanni is the star of the show and will welcome you like family. We had a great night. We will return.

We simply had an amazing culinary experience at the Italian restaurant, Alle Bollicine Vino & Pasta. The cheese and cold cuts variety plateaus were incredibly delicious as well as the ‘Paccheteri con vita’ main course. Great atmosphere and great culinary experience thanks to the manager, Giovanni. Thank you wholeheartedly Giovanni.

* Paccheri cu vita - very good! Pasta from here are soo tasty!! I tried Paccheri all arabbiata cu buratta and Tagliolini all’amatriciana. Both of them very good The one with buratta I can say that is the best that I had in a restaurant. Place is also with a good vibe. You can feel Italy there.

A nice place to eat Italian food in Cluj. Don Giovanni greets you with a big smile and friendly chat, but he got us the wrong entree and got the wrong main course at the table next to us.
